أسرة الصحفي محمد صلاح تطالب بعرضه على النيابة

طالبت أسرة "الصحفي محمد صلاح"  المعتقل بالقضية رقم "855"بعرضه على النيابة واخذ أقواله فيما تعرض له وزملاؤه بقسم شرطة دار السلام من ضرب وتنكيل والسماح لهم برؤيته والاطمئنان عليه حيث إنه بلغهم أنه على الرغم من مرور أكثر من شهرين لم تشف جروحه واصاباته ولم يسمح له بالزيارة أو الذهاب إلى جلسات المحكمة ولم تؤخذ أقواله فيما تعرض له.

تعود تفاصيل الواقعة بعد ما تعرض له "محمد صلاح" من تعذيب بقسم شرطة دار السلام شهر يناير السابق تم ترحيله إلي سجن طره بتاريخ ١٠١٢٠٢١، منذ هذه اللحظة انقطع التواصل معه ، رغم أنه ووفقا لزيارات الرؤية بالسجن يحق للنزيل بعد مرور شهر من دخوله الزيارة وبالفعل في تاريخ ١٠٢٢٠٢١ توجهت الأسرة لطلب زيارة الرؤيه وانتظرنا في طابور الزيارة حتى انتهى ميعاد الزيارة الرسمي ولم يسمح لنا بالدخول.

الأسباب التي تم إبلاغ الأسرة بها غير مفهومة بدأت بأنه غير موجود إلى وجوب حجز الزيارة عن طريق التليفون وعند الرد بأن الأسرة أدخلت له الطعام "الطبليه" من أسبوع وانهم يرسلون الأموال إليه عن طريق البريد كان الرد "لو ساكن قريب خليك رايح جاي علينا يمكن يكون متجازي ولما يسمحوا له تدخل تشوفه".

و بالفعل استمرت الأسرة في الذهاب كل أسبوع لسجن طرة وفي كل مرة يتم تكديرهم حتى آخر شخص في الزيارة ويعودون دون رؤيته فقط يسمح بدخول الطعام.. بجانب ذلك انتظروا نزول صلاح الي جلساته ولكن تعذرذلك جلسه تلو الأخرى ولا أحد يراه حتى التاريخ ١٦ من مارس، حيث تم تجديد حبس صلاح ٤٥ يوم دون حضوره.

الأسرة من زملائه الحاضرين أن صلاح لازال مصابا وآثار التعذيب ظاهرة على جسمه ، وأن ذلك هو سبب منعه من الزيارة أو نزوله إلى الجلسات حتى لا يتم إثبات الواقعة بتفاصيلها أمام المحكمة، لذلك تجدد الأسرة مطالبها بالتحقيق بالواقعة بعد أن مر أكثر من شهرين ولم تشف جراحه مما تعرض له.

A STATEMENT BY MOHAMED SALAH’S FAMILY

As the family of the journalist mohamed salah the internee in the case “855” we demand that he is presented to the prosecution and heard about the abuse and torture he and the inmates received inside of “DAR-ELSALAM police station” , we also demand to be allowed to see him and check on him .

It has been more than two months ,yet his wounds and injuries have not healed yet , also he was banned from receiving any visits and he wasn’t allowed to attend court , till now his words about the incident were not heard .

The events of this incident in which the abuse “Mohamed Salah” received in Dar-Elsalam police station came in last january then he was sent away to Tora farms prison on 10/1/2021 ,and since then contact with “Mohamed Salah”has been cut even though according to the prison’s policies the inmate has every right to get a visit after one month of being sent to prison. Knowing that we demanded a visit on 10/2/2021

So we waited in a tall line until the visit’s time ended and we were not allowed inside.

The excuses we were told are absurd and illogical beginning with “he is not here” then “visits should be reserved by phone” and when we replied saying we sent him food and money by the post . their answer was “if you live near the prison you can pass every now and then maybe he is undergoing punishment you can only visit him after they allow him to be visited”

Indeed we continuously went there weekly and every single time we are punished by being left as the last person in the visitors line even after all of that they tell us only food is allowed and we are not allowed to see him ,and to make things worse we waited for him to be brought to court session after session but every single time the excuse was “difficulty of transportation” and his pre-trial detention was renewed by 45 days without his attendance . until today no one of us can see him .

We received some info. from other inmates who actually attend court saying “Mohamed Salah” is still injured and also that signs of torture are still visible on his body and this is why we are not allowed to see him and also that he can’t attend court because they don’t want the incident to be proven with details infront of the judges so we demand that the incident is looked into specially after two months have passed yet his wounds haven’t healed till now
